Here is the General list of papers required for Salaried Persons:- 

Govt. Employees:_ 
1 Latest 3 month salary slips
2) Photo
3) Pan card copy
4) Aadhaar card copy
5) Current address proof (If Aadhaar is of different address)
6) Latest 2 yr Form 16 
7)) Latest 1 Yr ITR
8) Apptt letter of present employer if joined it within 1 year
9) 6 month bank statement/Passbook copy of Salary account and that account from where some loan EMI (If any) is being paid     
10) Schedule/Sanction Letter/Track Record of running loans (If any)
11) P.copy of all property papers, if selected, along with Sanction Map and Completion Certificate ( If applicable) 

Addl. Papers for Private Sector Employees:- 
1) CTC copy
2) Increment letter if salary increased within last 6 months
3) To increase loan eligibility, proof of Qualification and proof of extra benefits like bonus, LTA and Incentives may be required with their bank credit.   

Papers required in case of House Wife/Non working Coapplicant:- 
1) Photo
2) Pan card
3) Aadhaar card copy
4) Address proof if Aadhaar is of different address) 

(Although under Preapproval Scheme, loan can be sanctioned without property papers also)
