Here are the Standard papers required for Self Employed Applicants:- 
1)  Photo
2)  Latest 3yr. ITR with all supporting financials attested by CA
3)  3 Year 26AS
4)  Pan card copy
5)  Aadhaar Card Copy
6)  Current Address proof (If Aadhaar is of different address)
7)  12 month bank statement of  both C/A and Saving accounts
8)  Business proof like GST Registration, Udyam etc
9)  Loan schedules/Sanction letter/Track record of running loans, if any
10) Property papers if prop decided along with Sanction map and Completion certificate if applicable.  

In case of  Pvt Ltd. Firm Extra papers reqd:-
1)  Pan card copy of firm
2)  MOA and AOA
3)  3 yr Financials of Firm
4)  3 yr Form 16
5)  3 Yr. 26AS
6)  Shareholding pattern details
7)  Current List of Directors on CA letter head pad  

In case of  Partnership firm Extra papers reqd. 
1) Partnership deed
2) 3 yr Financials of Partnership Firm
3) Pan card copy of firm 

Papers required in case of House Wife/Non working Coapplicant:- 
1) Photo
2) Pan card
3) Aadhaar card copy
